My name is Brittany Macmillan, I am fitness professional living 5kms outside of Hardisty, AB (population <600). I decided to quit my 9-5 and pursue my dream business approximately two weeks before the world went into isolation and social distancing. Superb timing. As a extremely fresh entrepreneur trying to promote my health and fitness business, it pivoted very hard immediately and went found my way into virtual training and classes. I have been developing my skills every day since then, and have been able to offer more and more services throughout the summer. I am a personal training specialist, a healthy eating and weight loss coach, a meditation and mindfulness coach, a Strong Nation(TM) instructor, and a Yoga Teacher.
Private training consists of a training package of your choosing. I use Zoom, phone calls, or Instant messaging for all my private clients. We are able to keep up with each other, and if we can’t I will find a new approach that works for both of us. Through a 10-30 minute chat per week, my packages involve either one, two or all of these features; Personal Training, Nutrition Coaching, and Mindset Coaching. You can also choose private yoga classes as well.
Group Training/Events. I have the revolutionary workout class Strong Nation(TM) 2-4 times per week, online and in person. I also hold 1-2 yoga classes per week online at the moment. I am holding a large group Hypno-Meditation at the end of August live and online as well, I am planning for recurrences of that event as well.
